Struggling to make sense of life? As a professional counsellor, I can help you move forward in a safe, therapeutic space
Sharing problems with a counsellor can help you through difficult times in your life. Maybe you have been feeling overwhelmed by your feelings and thoughts, and it seems like you have nowhere to turn? You may feel bad about yourself, sad, anxious or frightened of life. As a Professional Integrative and Humanistic Counsellor I can offer you the chance to explore and make sense of life in a safe and uniquely nurturing environment.
I can help you to see who you are, your strengths and defences. Through a developing trusting relationship, I can share insight into how you see yourself, how I see you and how others may perceive you.
We can explore your past and present experience of the world, looking at repeating and unhelpful patterns of behaviour. Together we can look at who and where you are and opportunity for change.
